In preparing for our Rogue River Outfitters Wine Tour, we had this goal in mind: Make it special, Make it stand out from the rest. With that in mind, we knew we had to meet these objectives…. * Find a qualified wine team to go with us. Someone who could hand pick wines to be perfectly paired with our unique menu and share their knowledge about these wines. * We wanted Southern Oregon wines to represent the bounty and richness of this beautiful region. * Lastly, bring two stand alone unique experiences, a wine tour and the Rogue River float trip, together for a perfect union of senses and beauty. When we found Christine and Chris from the Southern Oregon Wine Blog, we knew we had met one of our objectives. And then after adding Surf and Turf to the menu with the Lodge/Lodge experience we knew the search was complete. Christine and Chris after hearing the menu and schedule were very excited to pair all of the wines for the trip with Southern Oregon Wineries.
